2026 Board Nominees

Vanessa Pugliese has happily called Riviera Bay home since 2016, where she lives with her husband, Brett, and their fantastically awesome dog, Sydney. A former CFO and passionate resident, Vanessa has built strong connections and lasting friendships throughout the neighborhood. She loves life on the water, boating, and soaking up the Florida sunshine. Most days, you'll find her buzzing about the neighborhood in her Golf Cart, in between house renovation projects. Vanessa has served as President since 2024 and is committed to fostering engagement and advocating for initiatives that make Riviera Bay an even better place to live. She invites all residents to join the civic association and help shape the future of our vibrant community.

Patricia M. Delgado, DNP 

Born and raised in Florida, Patricia is proud to call Riviera Bay home since 2021. As a local nurse practitioner and business owner of Sunrise Skin and Wellness, she is passionate about fostering connections within our vibrant community. When not at work, you can find her running laps around the neighborhood (if you're up at 6 am), reading, salsa dancing, exploring the world through diving and travel, or enjoying a glass of wine with her partner James and their beloved pup, Chili. Patricia is committed to contributing to the growth and vitality of Riviera Bay, and she is excited about the opportunity to continue serving as the Vice President of the RBCA to make a meaningful impact where we live, work, and play.

  Katrina Maness and her husband, Tim, purchased their Riviera Bay home in 2017 and made the move to St. Petersburg full-time in April 2024 after their youngest graduated from school. Katrina served her first term as RBCA Treasurer in 2025 and is excited to continue in the role for 2026. She’s enjoying getting more involved in this great community and loves spending her free time playing tennis, pickleball, and fishing with Tim. 

Toni Michalove has been on the RBCA Board for over 20 years, and she and her husband, Louis, have lived in Riviera Bay for 40 years. Toni has spent nearly 45 years working at the same dental office, first as a dental assistant and now as an office manager—a testament to her dedication and steady presence, qualities she also brings to our neighborhood.  She loves living on the water and have dogs that love it too. " We love it here! I think it's important to have a active Civic Association to bring the neighborhood together and offer the neighbors a chance to meet each other."  

Brad Bess has been a proud Riviera Bay resident for more than 18 years, moving from Ohio to what he calls "the best neighborhood in the world." A local real estate agent and longtime community volunteer, Brad has served on the RBCA board for over a decade. He lives with his wife Jessica, their three children—Ethan, Jerry, and Ansley—two dogs, Luna and Winston, and a three-legged cat named Marty Mo. Brad enjoys baseball, boating, fishing, family time, and contributing to neighborhood initiatives. He's always ready to lend a helping hand. 

Bob Padalino moved to Riviera Bay in 2021 from the Raleigh, NC area. He loves the Riviera Bay lifestyle and community. Currently, he works from home and travels as a sales manager in the medical field. When he’s not working, you will find him out on his boat fishing or at the sandbar playing his music too loud. If he’s on land, he’s usually working around his house gardening and tinkering with home improvement projects.

He has vast experience as a board member for over 10 years of an HOA in a lake community where he lived in North Carolina prior to moving here. He worked closely with town officials, successfully advocating for his neighborhood. His focus was then, and will continue to be, on infrastructure improvements, quality of life preservation, and protecting the beauty and value of our homes. He loves helping people and serving his community.

 Kat Pineda has lived in Riviera Bay with her son, Donald, since 2021.  She has lived in many different locations and communities while serving 25 years in the U. S. Navy.  Riviera Bay absolutely tops her list of favorite places, with its awesome neighbors, coastal paradise and constant community and social activities.  She looks forward to being more involved in the future adventures of the best neighborhood in the world! 

John Ricker and his wife(Tia) moved to Riviera Bay about four years ago, and instantly fell in love with the neighborhood. John and Tia have four grown children, one very handsome grandson and two very large fur babies. John is a local business owner(Baxter Title) and part of the real estate community in the greater Tampa Bay region. Through the real estate Association(STAR) John is involved with many charities and community events. John has also been the Chairman of the STAR affiliate program and has helped organize many food drives, Silver Santa shopping events, backpack deliveries for children and Thanksgiving meals to over 200 families in St. Petersburg for the last 12 years. John would love to donate his time, experience, and know how to our own neighborhood.
