DownloadThis flood mitigation pilot project is designed to help neighborhoods across the City of St. Petersburg become more resilient to flooding.
Through education and engagement, the project empowers residents to better understand their flood exposure and explore solutions tailored to their neighborhood’s unique needs.
The Tampa Bay Coastal Master Plan (TBCMP) enhances regional resilience by addressing flooding impacts through a coordinated, data-driven, and community-based planning process. Over the course of this four-year, grant-funded initiative, the TBCMP will identify flood-vulnerable communities, prioritize restoration and flood-reduction projects, and guide long-term adaptation strategies.
St. Pete Agile Resilience (SPAR) represents an accelerated approach to strengthening the city’s infrastructure, ensuring long-term resilience in the face of climate challenges. At its core, "AGILE" reflects the city's commitment to rapid action and adaptation.
